After joining bongal users are encouraged to join groups because by doing this it enables bongal to learn the interests of each user. This enables bongal to recommend other groups and other people based on those interests. Members are also able to create their own groups in the site. When they create a group, they are able to tag it to up to 3 different interests. The group will then be suggested to other users that share those interests. This is a great way to promote your business or events. Groups are a great place to start discussions on what interests you. As users come into the groups they will see the discussions laid out in a forum style.
Bongal is continually being updated and improved by the admins. These improvements are made after continually asking for feedback from the members in order to ensure the site is always changing to suit the needs of the users.
